Welcome to Truesight, an AI evaluation platform operated by Goodeye Labs ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
Description of Service
Truesight is a platform that helps users evaluate AI-generated content through configurable evaluation pipelines. The Service includes tools for creating evaluation configurations, uploading datasets, running evaluations, and analyzing results.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
License and Usage Restrictions
Each account (seat) is licensed for use by a single individual. You may not share your login credentials with others or allow multiple individuals to access the Service through a single account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that we determine, in our sole discretion, is being used in violation of this policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purposes or to conduct any unlawful activity, including but not limited to:
- Violating any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringing on the rights of others
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Uploading malicious content or code
- Using the Service to evaluate harmful or illegal content
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Goodeye Labs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any data you upload to the Service, but you grant us a limited license to process and store that data for the purpose of providing the Service.
Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party AI providers. When you provide API keys for these services, you are responsible for complying with their terms of service and managing your usage and billing with them. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or policies of these third-party services.
AI Output Disclaimer
The AI evaluations provided through our Service are generated using third-party AI models and are provided "as is" without any warranties of accuracy, completeness, or reliability. AI evaluation results should not be considered as professional advice or definitive assessments. You are responsible for verifying and validating any evaluation results before making decisions based on them.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goodeye Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
- Your use of the Service
- Any inaccuracy or unreliability of AI evaluation results
- Any interruption or cessation of the Service
- Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goodeye Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so through the Service or by contacting us.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
